Hi guys.
I rescued this poor Dragon 64 when I spotted it at the local dump ! It was extremely filthy and I held little hope that it would work.
I got it home and stripped it apart, cleaned the worst of the dirt and dust out of it, put it back together, powered it up and unbelievably it works perfectly !
Then I pulled to bits again and spent hours meticulously cleaning it. It is now fully restored to it's former glory and will be used regularly !
Anyway, here is a load of pictures comparing the before and after. It was like new underneath all the dirt !

You're a lucky man!
It still amazes me how resilient is the Dragon.
Congrats, mate!

Very nicely done. Makes me think I should be tarting up my own, but suspect they'll never look as good as that!

That came up like new. Looks fantastic.

It warms my heart to see a Dragon being given such a careful makeover I also like to clean old gear, the uglier they are originally the more fun it is. However, I always forget to take the "before" pictures
Fantastic result, Stig! Just one critical question: Did you straighten out the label or is the "after" picture taken in a more favorable angle? >:->
