Cannot get Xroar to work on my mac - gutted

You're a genius. Many thanks. Any ideas why it wouldn't let me create the folder with Finder, reporting it already existed? I still can't view it under Finder now I have created it through terminal!

I think it must be some sort of protected system folder.
