I have dumped the CoCo version of KOTW here, which includes instructions. The dump might not be useful, but the instructions should be - better verify they're the same for the Dragon version.
When I get home I'll check if I have the Dragon version of KOTW - if I have, I suspect it's without an inlay - and if so, see if I get any better luck dumping it.

I'll take a look at the dumps and compare them. Don't worry about the inlay as I have the original tape in excellent condition and I'll do a 300dpi scan of it.
