Yes, I spring-cleaned the Dragon content from my personal domain and separated it out to emulator.org.uk many years ago. However, these pages were still hosted by my employer and after remaining online long beyond the removal of other non-work sites, as a special case, it appears they finally vanished at some point over the last year. I've since intended to put them back online using ISP webspace but haven't really been in much of a rush to do so, as I assumed there was very little remaining interest anyway... can probably sort it out this weekend, if that helps... the copy linked above must've been lifted quite awhile ago.

Wikis are nice for cooperation and "live" material, but for archival of static content which is already HTML I would recommend keeping it in HTML. Not only for the possible loss of information during conversion, but also since wiki engines seem to either evolve and break backwards compatibility which requires gardening or they grow security issues (forcing you to migrate), which is never a problem with HTML.
I'm happy to host the content as a sub-domain - something like burgins.worldofdragon.org to act as an archive. I already do that for the site that Richard Harding used to run but as a primary domain he owns pointing to my hosting (dragondata.co.uk)
Let me know, I can get it setup easily as a static archive.
I also support porting some of the still relevant content into the Wiki
