what are CAD files?
is there any way to dounload games to the PC (not to a dragon)?

Yes you can run Dragon software on a PC - I recommend XROAR.

Am I right in thinking that there was some finger trouble and that you meant CAS files (since 'S' is next to 'D' on the keyboard)? CAS is the file extension used to designate files created from cassette images, as such you load them into a Dragon emulator though you can reconvert them back to sound files (WAV, or wavefile, format) for use with a real Dragon.
