0.1uf caps(104z)

are the ceramic disc caps that are around the ic's which are labeled as 104z which are 0.1uf ceramic caps @16v, will any 104(0.1uf) cap fit the bill even thou they are smaller now days.

i have a couple that are broken and need to be replaced but i am struggling to find ones that are the same physical size but the 5mm ones are common, and are 25v.

Higher voltage fine.

As simple bypass caps I don't think you need to worry about the material either.

I used 100V X7Rs as they happened to be cheapest.

Just a warning...I don't think you need to populate all of them.
