Adrian Stokes' 2MB Memory Expansion?

Post by drag0n »

I spotted a "Dragon 32 2MB Memory Expansion" PCB on eBay. The silkscreen reads "Designed by Adrian Stokes" with a 2026 copyright.

It looks like an external cartridge port expansion running a Xilinx XC95144XL CPLD and two 1MB SRAM chips.
Software Notes:
- Works immediately with POKE/PEEK commands in BASIC
- For OS-9/NitrOS-9, requires Level 2 with 2MB support

Does anyone have a lead on this project, or know if there is any documentation or NitrOS9 L2 drivers available for it?

Not really... it's a bit of a mystery. My first thought was of Prof Hannah @fryrsquared Fry's latest video! But I hope Adrian gets the board going.
