Hello, I Have started to convert my Dragon tapes to .wav files, at least the titles that don't seem to be in the archive.
This is 3D Maze by Apex. It is a BASIC program so it requires CLOAD and RUN.
This .wav file works on Xroar versions .19 and .24, but I could not load it with version .25 it just gave me an I/O error? (I'm using it under Vista 64).
If this won't load for anyone else using version .25 then let me know and I will re-record it.
If this .wav file is OK, then let me know as I have a few titles already converted, like River of Fire and Skyjoust by J.Morrison Micros, Adventure Trilogy by Dragon Data etc. that I will upload as soon as I know that I am pushing the correct buttons
Cheers, Gareth

Re: 3D Maze by Apex
It loads if you run with -no-tape-fast - looks like the intercept routines need to be a bit more robust... Or perhaps automatically switch off if they fail to read a correct block.
Re: 3D Maze by Apex
Please feel free to upload them all - Providing they load in any version of XROAR then we can get XROAR to create a .CAS file of the game that should then load into any other version.

Re: 3D Maze by Apex
This is the last upload for a while. I do have another box in the loft and i'm sure it contains a couple of tapes not yet in the archive.
What has amazed me is that all of these tapes have loaded first time, with the exception of 'Desert Golf' by Compusense which had deteriorated too far to salvage, but luckily the home made back up worked!
Physics by Scisoft. Tele-Artist by Microdeal. Free Parking by B&H. The Sword and the Sorceror by Blaby. Monster Mine by Gem. Submarine Commander by B&H. Mubungly by Snip. Jungle Maths by Scisoft. The Incredible Hulk by Adventure International.
