They are quite interesting as it renders the Eurohard robot (the one seen on the TV adverts) moving its mouth while sections of audio are playing.
The code seems to wait for a certain frequency signal, to detect the beginning and end of different sections.
That means that they cannot be converted to cas format, and on top of that, I haven't managed to load them back successfully into the Dragon.
I haven't had luck either with any emulators, but I'm hoping Ciaran can be of help
