Colour Bars Test Cart (DD?)

Colour Bars Test Cartridge.

The true origin of this cart isn't 100% clear, with no clues in the ROM, but I think it's most likely a Dragon Data factory test cartridge.

The cart came in a package with other non-public DD carts and the only other time I've seen this cart was in a pic from a former dealer, who was known to have visited Dragon Data and DD did provide him with some software whilst there.
