Does the DragonMMC work with CoCo machines too?

How is that achieved?

Yes, the second screenshot is the same device with coco2. It detects the machine and switches it's internal ROM accordingly.

is there a way to boot MAME CoCo2 without a Disk ROM in slot device from command-line?
so it boots directly into EXTENDED COLOR BASIC

even if i do not use [-ext] on command-line.
it always starts with DISK EXTENDED COLOR BASIC.

however, it is possible to remove it from the slot manually, using UI menu.

thanks for any help on this.
