The cf_dragon.img is an HDB-DOS image formatted for Compact Flash IDE cartridges like Cloud9's SuperIDE or the Glenside IDE board.
CF IDE files are based on 512 byte sectors - with the second half of the sector unused.
The SideWalk java utility is one of the tools that can be used to extract DSK files for CF images
