Vertical lines

A newbie here , I bought a dragon 32 off eBay the other day. It's the second one I've purchased. The first one was a few years ago which had a missing processor chip which thanks to this site I managed to source and replace, thus fixing the dragon, which I later sold.Anyway, this one Is in very good condition , also bought a RCA TV A/V Cable from cool novelties . When plugged Into a old Samsung LCD I'm getting vertical stripes , just wondered if this the TV, cable, or interference from the dragon PSU .
