Does anyone remember a game where you rose up the ranks of royalty becoming a duke then a grand duke or a baron or a marquis I can’t remember the name of the game

There were only Barons in the former (each one a different color).
As of the latter two, the player would only meet kings and princesses - and jesters! - in the cities. And plenty of various nasties outside the cities and Inside the dungeons.
