As you indicate in the XRoar manual, the OS9 system has some chords to have special characters/functions.
In fact there are a lot of Control combinations that do not work because XRoar is intercepting them
I miss Ctrl+A (repeat last command) and Ctrl+0 (set upcase chars for input) among others ...
Is there any config trick to stop Xroar using the shortcuts that use the Ctrl Key?
thanks a lot!

I assume you mean on the CoCo 3, as it's the only one with a Control key (in Dragon OS-9, it's CLEAR+key, so use Home or backtick/grave).
I think by default, left and right "super" keys and the caps lock are mapped to the CoCo 3 control key, but you might map another, e.g.:

Hi, Ciaran
CapsLock works flawlessly as Control Key for OS-9 on XRoar. Thx a bunch!!
What keys did you mean when you wrote "LEFT AND RIGHT SUPER KEYS"?
I haven't found any other key mapped to Control ...
cheers!

The extra "meta" keys on some keyboards. I gather some keyboard makers were influenced by a common (albeit not popular) software vendor to put that company's logo on some of them.
And it's possible that the OS grabs them for its own use, meaning you don't get to use them in applications!

You mean those extra keys either side of the space-bar that first appeared in 1994 and became more common a year later weren't influenced by Play School? So that's why I've never seen a round or arched version.
