Problem uploading pictures to the wiki

Hi,
I was trying to add a couple of jpg files (2211x3251, 430KB each) and was greeted with the following error message:
The error message doesn't shed any light on the issue either...

I just created the images with GIMP and don't know if there is any limit on the image size, or if there's any other problem.Internal error
