Would it be possible for it to create memory dumps so that you can save, and load, snapshots of whatever you are working on (or playing) at any time? There was also the somewhat unusually titled Scarfman. It had pretty crude graphics and sound but was an early example of the genre and also easier to play than some of the others. I actually remember it quite fondly as it was the first machine code game I purchased (together with Invaders Revenge) ...
