Re: Keyboard Question....

Hello....This is what I thought it may be. I found that the CPU programmes the PIA when first switched on so this also could be a suspect. So I have ordered the CPU along with the PIA and IC24 connects to PB6 and PB7 so this is also on order just in case. They should arrive this week. IC26 is doubl...

Re: Dragon Beta OS-9 disks

From the notes in MAME: Fixed density setting on WD2797, so density of read data is now correctly set as required by OS-9. This was the reason startup script was not being executed as Beta disks have a single density boot track, however the rest of the disk is double density. Booted completely to O...

Re: Dragon Beta OS-9 disks

I'm trying to get the Dragon Beta OS-9 disks from the archive running in MAME, are they known to be good and have they been tested in any way? These are all DMK images and according to the specification the maximum track size is 0x2940 but all images are actually 0x2980. MAME doesn't yet support si...

DragonMMC Update.

Hi all, Just to let everyone know that I'm almost at the end of the first run of DragonMMC boards. So once I have exhausted them I will be unable to take any more orders for the short term whilst I get some more boards / components / decide how I want to proceed from this point onwards. Just to reas...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hi all, In the next version of ther firmware (which is being worked on at the mo), there will be a version of MLOAD that will clear the memory back to power on setup before loading the file, like MTAPELOADA does currently (and it indeed shares the same code). Which should hopefully fix this problem....

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

while I have been searching inside the source code of EXPV1.DGN, I have found three sentences that "could" be wrong, they are: Lines 6055 and 6075 where you can find "DS=FLASE" And line 6330 where I found "CC=FLASE" Shouldn't they be FALSE instead? I suspect they should be FALSE, I've punted the re...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

Hi, I have been making some tests while reading the nice manual ... I have found these problems, again it might be my fault :-( 1) Once saved AUTOEXEC.DGN I don't know how to change it and then save again. The only way I have found is saving with another name, opening the Explorer to DELETE the old...

Re: DragonMMC Announcement.

I got mine yesterday and it works flawlessly! To my taste it's super easy to use, that's always a plus. That's good to hear, it's actually been in development on and off for about 5 years, though the most intense development has been that last couple. I've seen many points on the PCB which offer a ...
