Re: The Computavoice mistery
Thanks so much! I've been struggling with that because I have two Computavoice tapes but no instructions. So, another one to the bag! I know Computavoice is dumped in the archive but it's overdumped in that it has a lot of extra sync bytes which are not really on the original tape. I'll be uploading...

The Computavoice mistery
Hi, I've been trying to dump my Computavoice tapes, and I've found that even though all the data blocks are correct in the .cas file, the program doesn't start neither on Xroar or a real Dragon. I've also tested the archive's copy of Computavoice with the same results. It loads all the data and when...

Re: Question on tape dumping
BTW, I'm looking forward to the release of your wav2cas utility. Me too! I need to complete the cas to wav process and then just make the wav translation process independent of the frequency of the wav file, so you don't have to convert the file. Hopefully this weekend or next week, I'll rele...

Question on tape dumping
Hi folks! As you may know, I'm working in a utility for converting wav files into cas files. I think my program is nearing a nearly usable state, and that raised a question. I was debugging my program with my wav dump of "Dragon Selection II", and when I managed to convert it to .cas, I noticed that...

Re: Finally, The Dragon Composer!
That's what is happening to me. If you go to the full resolution image you can see it, otherwise you get the libgomp error. And that you cannot see the screenshot also puzzles me :? I don't mind re-uploading the images or converting the screenshots to .png shall they work, but I fail to see why it i...

I'll be creating the wiki page and uploading some stuff loke the cover scan, tape scan and screenshots. Enjoy! [Edit] I created the wiki ...

Re: Dragon Composer - Missing file?
Sarah, thank you very much for also taking a look at it! The thing is a bit more complex. Suppose that the file COMPOSER has 50 blocks (just an example). What happens is that after block 30, it stops the loading process, plays the music, then loads the remaining blocks and then , I guess, the file P...

Re: Dragon Composer - Missing file?
I think I've found what's going on. As I'm playing the wav file from my PC, it has no 'remote'. The program is loading and, in the middle of the sequence of blocks, it stops to play the music, which I cannot do fast enough. So when it continues loading, it doesn't find the data it needs. Also, check...
