Wikis are nice for cooperation and "live" material, but for archival of static content which is already HTML I would recommend keeping it in HTML. I don't know if we could afford to host older Dragon related pages here at the Archive, maybe it's something worth trying. I have a copy of the content. I would prefere to insert them into the Wiki and not so save .html files somewhere... I can't really remember, but i think http://www.burgins.com/...
