Hardware Forum Needed?
There are a lot of great postings in the General forum about hardware, but there is no specific Hardware forum. Suggestion that Hardware forum is created and that hardware related threads is moved over to this forum as well.

Re: Dragon demos for download?
Assuming that this demo is running in standard mode so double speed mode would then help out but also understand that it's not reliable on all system. But, the music does a lot and I'm highly impressed how good it sounds compared to what one is used to in games.

Re: Dragon demos for download?
Totally awesome demo! This really looks like a true scene demo to be honest. Wondering how much one can tweak out of these old system, but seeing some of the demos for the C64, I got to say that some of the stuff being coded today is really mind blowing. But, that's the thing, looking at these vintag...

Re: Dragon demos for download?
Haha! Go kitty Go! Well, the event that I'm attending to is GubbData which is primary for old C64 and Amiga scene but they've also now started to include other vintage as well. The initial thought of trying to find som vintage demonstration program was just to have something spinning on a system. Fi...

Re: Retrobright or not?
Haven't tried the Retr0bright recipe yet but looking at try it on both a D32 and Amiga 1000 where some of the plastic details are light brown. But, does work yes clearly. But, just be careful with the rubber feet underneath the machine since the usually tend to dissolve and get rubbery sticky. So be...

Re: Hello from Sweden
@Sixxie: In general I agree but the above Dragon ad must actually be on the lower end of what dictates a really bad ad. Here is for example the first Dragon ad in Your Computer from August 1982: YourComputer_1982-08_D32_Ad_ReadThisAdToYourWife.PNG @Rob: Thanks You! Well, I got some catch up to do re...

4:3 Monitors which support Composite video
I'm currently looking into getting 4:3 flat-screen monitor to be used both with my Dragon and as well with some other vintage computers (Amiga, C64, etc.) and for now I've found a Beetronic 17" 4:3 screen which offers the following input: HDMI, VGA, BNC and RCA. So it does support composite video si...

Hello from Sweden
Well, already made some post in the forum and as an old D32 user who recently got into retro computing I couldn't just ignore my first computer, the Dragon 32. And Yes, the Dragon was sold also in Sweden by Datanordic, then again one can discuss whether they should given some extra thoughts about th...

Dragon demos for download?
I'm looking for Dragon demos to run on D32/D64 to be shown on a retro event here in South Sweden next month; any suggestion of some nice demos that I could download for this event? Also, if there are some recommendation of games which would show off the Dragon at it best

Compusense Hi-Res Cartridge
When it comes to old cartridges such as the Compusense Hi-Res, are these in any way being made again or would the ROMs be available somewhere? Had this nice cartridge to my first D32 but got lost over the years and today I only have the manual...
