Re: D64 with new Dragon PSU issue
Hi - I've only just seen this, sorry. You can always email me directly via the contact page on the DragonPlus page. From your description though, it certainly is rather a mystery. I've only seen Dragons stop working when the SuperSprite is inserted, usually due to an overloaded PSU, or the power jum...

Modern Dragon PSU Boards - new batch
I've opened up orders for the next batch of Dragon PSU kits. I hope to despatch by Wednesday 22nd December. Please read the description fully before ordering, including the safety notice. Only one board per order at the moment due to limited supplies of some key components. This restriction should e...

SuperSprite FM+ Boards
Hello everyone. Sorry it's been a while since I offered any boards. I have been unwell, so unable to put together any built boards or kits. I am better now, and am happy to advise that 8 SuperSprite FM+ kits and 2 built SuperSprite FM+ boards are now available on the website: https://www.dragonplus-...

Re: SuperSprite FM+ Sales Imminent
I am pleased to announce that I have built the first production board, and it works perfectly. Therefore I will be opening up sales of the first 18 boards (kit or built) at 9pm tomorrow (31st August) UK time (UTC +1). As mentioned before, both kits or fully built boards will have a lead time of up t...

SuperSprite FM+ Sales Imminent
Today I have been working on the product page for when the sales go live. I have decided to offer the product with options, allowing those that can build, or that already have a V9958 to reduce the cost somewhat. If people can buy boards without the V9958, it allows me to potentially supply more end...

Re: Dragon 32 RGB SECAM and video tests
Yes, the MC6847 has to be removed - but I have already sold numerous lower case boards, so many people have already undertaken this. As Pere said, the Coco VGA also requires the MC6847's removal.

Re: 6809/6809E compatibility
That will definitely just be a relabelled processor. Most likely a 6809E. I'm more used to getting 6809s relabelled as 6309E chips. Basically the places doing the relabelling just don't appreciate the difference between the chips.

Dragon RGB Boards
Having been asked if I would build/supply the PSU boards, I asked Phill if he was open to me producing some of the Dragon RGB boards. These are the excellent boards which plug into the MC6847 socket and supply the beautifully crisp RGB signal that you see in some of my Dragon MSX 2+ videos (i.e. bef...

Dragon PSU Boards
Hi - as some of you will be aware from the Facebook group, I have been asked, and have agreed - to make some of Phill's Dragon power boards. I forgot to ask on here as to whether people were interested, and pretty much all of the boards I can supply at the end of September are already reserved, howe...

Re: Dragon 32 RGB SECAM and video tests
Hi - I just wanted to let you all know that I have asked Phill if I can run a batch of his excellent RGB boards - and he has agreed. It will be a while before I can do so - and I have no idea about pricing yet. I will put a seperate post in the Hardware forum. I don't want to curtail any development...
