On your Megapede page entry you ask for more info. L. Curtis Boyle states that the author was Mark Skala www.lcurtisboyle.com/nitros9/megapede.html, perhaps Mr. Skala was a little too clever with the title screen.

You should be able to upload photos directly to the board. Either click on the "Attachments" tab and then on the "Add files" button, or just drag and drop the picture file in the message box.

Could it be a self-build to connect a Tano Dragon to a PAL TV?

Nice, if only there were a way to speed up the drawing of the pictures (short of pressing F12 in XRoar).

It starts up under Win 7 and the picture changes when you change the platform, but I haven't loaded any files so I cannot tell how well it works.

The clue is in the filename, try archive.worldofdragon.org
