Who are BioShock Networks?

Who are BioShock Networks?

I've come across a couple of websites (http://www.dragon32.net/ & http://dragon64.co.uk/) both by the "BSN Media Group" which is part of "BioShock Networks Ltd."

Does anyone know anything about them and why they have an interest in setting up a Dragon website?

Sounds to me like someone at BSN was a fan of Dragons and said "hey, let's start a community for Dragon users".
