yes, you are right, it is a pretty nice sight, but not enough to cope with the many 'versions' we want to try.
Despite that it is a great advance with respect to the 'poor' standard version
Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all of you and you beloved ones

GTK Libs for XRoar-GTK-w32
Re: GTK Libs for XRoar-GTK-w32
Merry Christmas!
Re: GTK Libs for XRoar-GTK-w32
The GTK+ versions and latest snapshots are available from the XRoar temporary directory.pser1 wrote:Unfortunately the last xroar-gtk I have access to is version 0.31, not the 0.31.1 or the latest snapshot. Is there any chance for you to add this version whith every update? I would really appreciate it.
Not only would a Windows (64-bit) GTK+ version need to be compiled, but also the Windows (64-bit) versions of the GTK+ libraries would be required and at present these libraries are experimental with no guarantee of binary compatibility between versions.pser1 wrote:I understand that this can ONLY work with the windows32 version, could it work in w64 version?
thanks beforehand

Re: GTK Libs for XRoar-GTK-w32
thanks alastair,
I have downloaded it from that tmp.
I have heard that w64 works too, but w32 is enough for me.
Just a question:
The MAC OS X version shows more options in the Machine window, basically joystick related, and are: Right Joystick, Left Joystick and Swap Joysticks
They are not shown in w32 version.
Could this be a matter of GTK dlls that should be in the GTK directory.
At this moment I have these ones there:

Re: GTK Libs for XRoar-GTK-w32
I don't know. I initially ran the GTK+ version without any of the DLLs, made a note of which DLL the program complained was missing, added the DLL, and repeated until the program stopped complaining. I don't have any USB joysticks so I never tested for joysticks, so perhaps I did miss a DLL.pser1 wrote:The MAC OS X version shows more options in the Machine window, basically joystick related, and are: Right Joystick, Left Joystick and Swap Joysticks
