Hi all.
Does anyone know to enable dragondos *AND* specify a tape file to load, if I use
Xroar on it's own I get dragon32/dragondos combo which I believe is the default.
if I specify xroar -load file.cas it starts up without dos enabled.
There is a -nodos option to disable dos, but doesn't seem to be one that will force dos to be enabled even when loading a tape.
What would be even cooler would be to be able to specify a tape and a disk image and have the contents of the tape image transfered to disk.....
Cheers.
Phill.
Xroar howto....
Re: Xroar howto....
Well...
The command line options seem mutually exclusive, but you can launch XRoar with your favourite DOS rom, and then use CTRL+L twice, one to load the tape, and one to other the disk. That way you can transfer tape contents to disk (that's what I usually do).
Maybe it would be good to have the some command line options like "-tape filename", "-disk1 filename", besides "-cart", only to have the media inserted in place.

Sounds like something that needs consideration, yes.
The current behaviour is usually the "Right Thing", but I didn't notice there was no way to override it.

As for the Load command line options, its absolutely correct, but it would be nice to have have "Media Insert" command line options.
