Welcome to the forums. There are placeholders for both And all because... and Pub Crawl on the wiki just waiting for any material that you might have.

I just tried downloading and all because from the downloads section and succeeded without any problems using Internet Explorer 9. If can make the tapes available through other means if your problems persist. Let me know, and I'll find a way.

If I recall correctly, I had some problems running and all because in xroar a while ago, but I didn't have the time to investigate back then. Might have to look into that again as well.

If you have problems loading, give the most recent snapshot a go - I've done a bit of work on the loading routines and they now default to "fast", which also sidesteps a few "insufficient leader bytes between block" problems. If you build a GTK+ Linux version, there's also a nice new tape control window.

Splendid! Both and all because and pub crawl load without a hitch with this version of xroar.

Steve, I have attached a zip with both games in case you still have problems downloading from the downloads area.

Sixxie,
some of the text mode colours are a off in xroar-snap-20110510-windows32. This is most noticeable with CLS6 (green instead of cyan) and CLS8 (red instead of orange).

Yes, I think it's because all the calculations are relative to the "black" voltage rather than "blanking" (which seems to give better results - probably closer to what a real TV would do). I'll tweak soon. That said, "cyan" on my real Dragons tends to look more greenish anyway.
