Sorry to necro this thread. Just wanted to say that I showed a whole bunch of year 7's and 8s some retro gaming on the Dragon today, and Flagon Bird went down a total storm. I have a lovely picture of an entire y8 class playing it, and one in the attachment in close up that I can show as I have parental permission- as it is my y7 daughter. Next time I will get them on Dunjunz, perhaps.
For the record- they thought it was really hard- 21 was the highest anyone managed in a lesson.

Thanks for sharing @drmarkb.
It's always cool to see youngsters having fun with retro systems.
I really must blow away the cobwebs from my follow-on to Flagon Bird, and get it finished.

Re: Flagon Bird
No, its thank you- and of course Sixxie for the wonderful X roar online.
I even got to waffle on a bit about the Dragon itself, old computing generally, and Microsoft BASIC- the pupils could relate to a lot of the history as we are close to Fforestfach, which is home to a big Tesco, so most know the area.
Any sequel will be eagerly anticipated!
