On mine (OSX 10.14.1) they are in the /Users/me/Library/XRoar/roms directory.
Can't recall where I got the roms from though but the only machine that doesn't seem to work is Dynacom MX-1600.
I haven't looked as to why that one doesn't work but I would guess it's because I don't have the rom or the name is wrong.
XRoar alternatives?
Re: XRoar alternatives?
mx1600 searches the @mx1600 and @mx1600ext romlists for BASIC and Extended BASIC respectively.acsi wrote:On mine (OSX 10.14.1) they are in the /Users/me/Library/XRoar/roms directory.

Re: XRoar alternatives?
Thanks I now have them all working.
Now when I get time I need to have a play rather than just playing Flagonbird

Re: XRoar alternatives?
Well, Flagon Bird is an excellent game. I play with my 4 year old son
I’m glad you managed to get it working!

Re: XRoar alternatives?
I'm always (pleasantly) surprised to discover people still play my Dragon/CoCo port of Flappy Bird from time to time. Like the original it can be pretty frustrating.
Last Cambridge meet-up Richard Harding suggested making a tweaked version for younger players which was a little easier to control. I think this is a nice idea so at some point there should be a `Flagon Bird Jr.' with a few extra bells and whistles.

Re: XRoar alternatives?
It's a shame I'd have thought itt would have been easier to get this running :/
Re: XRoar alternatives?
Fundin, you will need both Eurohard S.A. - Dragon 200 IC17 and Eurohard S.A. - Dragon 200 IC18 for XRoar to emulate a Dragon 200. If you want just a 32 kiB machine then use Dragon Data Ltd - Dragon 32 - IC17 (at least to begin with to make sure that everything works, afterwards you may wish to try one of Stephen J. Woolham's enhanced ROMs).
