Cassette to Disk transfer

Hi all,
Apologies if I have missed this question captured elsewhere - but does anyone know if there is a cheat sheet anywhere that gives steps required to transfer original pre-recorded Dragon software to disk?
I have used the excellent Duplidisk 2 software to transfer the lions share of my cassette collection to disk - but there are some tittles that seem to be smart enough that Duplidisk fails to transfer them.
I have scanned through Dragom user and the user group publications and found a few hints to transfer some tapes but there are some that still resist.
So I'm looking for a collection that someone may have pulled together with sequences / pokes etc that hopefully I can transfer the balance of my tapes with.
Any help appreciated.
