Storm - Bug fix release

Here's an enhanced/bug fix release of Microdeal's Storm. The following changes were made to the original game.

(1) Fixed the "background noise" (clicking) bug mentioned here.
(2) Fixed a bug which allowed any key (should have been "@" only) to enter the level selection screen.
(3) Fixed a bug which caused too short a delay when switching between intro and level select screens.
(4) Changed the key used for entering the level selection screen from "@" to "/".
(5) Changed the key used for starting the game from "@" to "ENTER".
(6) Added support for DragonDOS (and compatible) operating systems.
(7) Added a "reset handler" routine.
(8) Updated the instructions.
