One simpler way is to cut and paste the PDF to a Text editor and then just edit it. They have been OCR'ed but its not perfect, only about 90% correct, maybe less, as the originals were very light in contrast and what you see there is the best I could get it. I assume you can convert a Text listing into a tokonized Basic listing.
