Centipede - rom version for (multi-)cartridge

I converted Centipede to a rom-file (16k) for cartridge use. It is (should be) working with any programmable cartridge available for Dragon computers, capable of storing 16k-roms, like multi-cartridge (v1.5). Well, still not tested on real hardware - I'll do that soon - but works great with XROAR.
