Removed the autorun and fixed the bug mentioned here.

I have added a slightly improved version of the bug fix to original copies of Boulder Crash and Boulder Crash 2.
The keyboard controls for this game are:
A = Up
Z = Down
, = Left
. = Right
Clear = Start again
