Update to Loderunner and Scramble

Couldn't resist trying to squeeze a few more milliseconds of speed out of these two. Here's an update. I'll be working on my programs that have load and save routines over the next little while to make these properly compliant with a cassette on the Dragon. I'll also be updating some of my other arcade programs using the techniques I've developed on loderunner and scramble. Then I'll post an updated zip compilation.
