I have a bunch of new MC-10 games out (ones at the bottom of the page are the most recent):

I'm thinking about porting some to the Dragon and Coco over the Winter. Any recommendations about which ones to do first would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Wow. All self written? Are all pure BASIC ?
Are the code open source? Which licence?

btw. the MC-10 emulator from your homepage has some very interesting debug features

That's a really impressive collection. I've been looking at these on youtube and I find 'Pitman' particularly appealing.

Also quite a skill to write action games in Basic. Brilliant!

Not all the games are original. Some are ports of classic BASIC code from other machines. On my webpage (http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/jimgerrie/jgames.html) the ones marked with + are ports from other machines (ZX81, TRS-80 Model 1/3, Atari, etc) ) and the ones marked with * are original. Many are already ported to Dragon (http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/jimgerrie/D ... Gerrie.zip) including Pitman (from a HuBasic original) , but about the last 10 rows of my webpage picture list have not been done yet. I'd really like some suggestions from those rows that people would like me to prioritize. I've just completed converting to Coco (and soon also Dragon) Swelfoop, Dicewars and I'm working on BigRed from those rows. I have also substantially sped up Raider, Berzerk, Scramble and Joust in their MC-10 versions, which I will also be updating for my Coco/Dragon distributions.

I must really check your Dragon package for my DragonPy emulator :D

So, again my questions: do you release the software under a open source licence? Or is it public domain? Or WTFPL :?: :D

It's all free. Use them however you like. Enjoy.

A Dragon Emulator in Python! Very nice. I'll get my Linux savvy son to fire up his compiler and get it running...
