Do you still have the original (slow) BASIC MC-10 versions of the compiled versions of these games...

CHESS.C10
COLOROID.C10
LODERUN.C10
PINBALL.C10
QBERT.C10
SCRAMBLE.C10

The compiled versions have problems working in the new xroar emulation feature.
i know MC10 emulation is far from complete, but i would still like to test the BASIC. ;)

CHASM.C10 fails in line 10 with poke49151,16 messing up the screen gfx.
when it's removed, the game works.
what is the poke supposed to do?.

Thanks!
I am, you are, we are, they're not...

POKE49151,16 is an MC-10 POKE to change the screen to semigraphic 4 green screen.

The source code for all older versions can be found on my Github https://github.com/jggames/trs80mc10/tr ... /quicktype
Highest number .TXT is the latest version. Going back some will get you to increasingly primitive versions.

Here is my latest compilation of Dragon Software, including my most recent port of Nick Marenetis' "Stellar Odyssey" (STLODSSY.CAS), originally for the TRS-80 Model 1.

I've forgotten how to upload programs to the Dragon Archive. If someone could let me know, I'd appreciate some advice on how to do it.

Hi Jim, long time no see!

You can just attach or link (like you did) the zip file to your post and Simon will take care of moving it to the revamped Downloads section.

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks Rob.

I should also mention that I have slightly updated the game. I tweaked the room descriptions: 2024/11/08
