So: a pretty good film that manages to demonstrate why the approach probably wouldn't work well for telling any story that wasn't actively deconstructing the medium?

With 8-bit games in it and a Dragon Manic Miner poster!

Yeah, very cool - who wouldn't love one of those posters! :D

Jet Set Willy on another part of the wall too; didn't spot any specific platform for that one?

I haven't watched it but I believe there's over 5hrs of footage including all the alternative branches etc.

The flat edit does run to over 5 hours, however that includes a lot of duplication; there's essentially around 2 hours of unique footage to enjoy.
