Hi All,
Long time lurker here. I had an account but I guess it expired.
How do I read Dragon ROMs in my EPROM programmer?
My GQ-4X supports every device under the sun but not the TMS4764.
Any tips?

Re: Dragon ROMs
Welcome to the Archive!
It seems that there's no direct eprom equivalent for the TMS4764, but there's the possibility of building an adapter to a 2764.
Do not try to dump it on a programmer or you'll end up frying the chip!
What is it that you're trying to dump? If it is a Dragon cartridge, you'll have more luck saving the rom memory area with CSAVE to a wav file on your computer and I'll take care of decoding the data out of it.
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Dragon ROMs
Thanks Rob,
Just toying with the idea of a custom ROM.
I have a bunch of 27xxx EPROMs around here. Would be simple to make an adapter.
