What I haven't figured out is why other rom images aren't working when I load them

Try the ROMs I uploaded today.

Hopefully, this consise set of fully working (tested) CoCo/Dragon ROMs will help to prevent people having similar problems encountered by yourself and Rolf when setting up XROAR in the future.
