I can't give one for every letter, but:

Airball - bought after playing at show in Weston-super-Mare, played to completion
Buzzard Bait - saw it in a Tandy shop, loved it
Chuckie Egg - of course
Donkey King - cheating using this name so I can have another 'T'
Flee! - I still fire this up quite regularly, albeit for different reasons
Hungry Horace - not much competition for 'H'
Impossiball! - too hard really, but speech!
Jet Set Willy - never completed; preferred Manic Miner, but wanted to list something else for M
Keys Of The Wizard - or this, quite liked the real-time element though
Lucifers Kingdom - showed what games could be
Micro-Terrestrial - one of earlier memories from quite young, "MD ADVEN" from Program Pack 1
Project Nebula - engaging, even if not Elite; friend donated bare PCB found in skip I think
ROTABB - excellent difficulty curve, still love the level names
Syzygy - took a while to get the hang of beating vader
Tanglewood - got to castle, never quite finished; loads of character though
Wizards Quest - not actually amazing, but best we had of its type

Special mention: [DOS]Dream - probably spent more time with this than with any game really

A Airball
B Buzzard Bait (hon mention Ball dozer and Boulder Crash, found Blockhead late too)
C Cashman (sorry, Chuckie Egg)
D Downland/(The) Dark Pit/Dark Star - too hard to separate these- I found Draconian and Doodle Bug much, much later
E Eight ball (I recently started playing El Bandito, which is better)
F Fantasy Fight (over Formula 1, just)
G Gordon Bennett, although it was only OK, to be honest
H Horace goes skiing (ditto)
I Ice Castles (why do people have such a downer on this game?)
J Junior's Revenge (over JSW)
K (The) King, Karma Carzy
L Lunar Rover Patrol (just over Lucifer's Kingdom, because LRP was my first)
M Mandragore (over Manic Miner, sorry)
N Just not sure about this......nothing springs to mind that is good, never got to play Nerble Force. :o EDIT Just remembered North Sea Action.
O Olympia
P Phantom Slayer
Q- nothing springs to mind, why were our Qbert clones all named without a Q?
R Rommel's Revenge- my favourite arcade game was Battlezone. Never played ROTABB.
S Shock Trooper, or perhaps Superkid or Stone Raider II (I found Shark Treasure late and love it too- I play it with my little girl)
T Touchstone, Time Bandit, Tim Love's Cricket - too hard to separate
U Ugh! and Up Periscope, EDIT :o and Utopia, how could I forget that?
V I never did try the Vortex Factor, sadly
W Wizard's Quest
X -?
Y- ?
Z Zac's son, though I actually prefer the official CoCo version

And the five worst, for me
...
Adventure Trilogy
Star Jammer
Scarfman (how do you screw up Pac Man?)
Storm
Ninja Warrior
