the woes of SG24

Post by simon »

ok guys...

this is sg24.... (conversion routine done by my good friend Chris Martin from the coco crowd).....

you can take a 256 * 192 BMP file and it will be converted to an sg24 image.....

*this* version is using 2 bitmaps and being flickered at 30FPS (code by me as Chris is not versed in .asm).....

i think sg24 is VERY under rated !!!!!

this is a REAL coco II with T1 vdg using composite output...

for more info just ask... !!

Hi Simon,
wonderful job what you both have done, congrats!
This semi-graphics mode has always been under-rated, probably
due to the difficulty drawing and moving objects with it

cheers
