Inside peek

Taking a peek at my Dragon 32 there are two components I think they are marked VR1 and RV1 which are roundish in shape. They have a white powdery substance around them, is this something to be concerned with?

It's certainly not uncommon - if you're in the Facebook group, search for the word 'crystals', you'll see pictures and a short thread about it (and this is, I will admit, one of those times when Facebook is a pain - it's hard to link directly to a post in a closed group). There's no real conclusion, except that it's possibly 'fluff' attracted by some sort of electromagnetic effect. It doesn't seem to harm anything, and just wipes off!
