Converting cassettes (2)

Daft question, but when uploading captured cassettes, should I upload them as WAV or CAS?
I'm not sure what the advantage of CAS is over WAV other than smaller size, but ~60kB for a WAV isn't much nowadays. Isn't the WAV more likely to work, and it means you can just play it straight back to a real Dragon from a PC, without having to convert back from a CAS to a WAV.
(Also, uploading a WAV saves the hassle of converting to a CAS
