Help converting disk sector image to .DMK file

Hi everyone!

Miraculously I've managed to dump an original Telewriter disk in DeltaDOS format, but I still need to convert it to .DMK format.

Thing is, I have an oversized dump that actually works with XRoar and the DeltaDOS rom, and one of the right size, that of course, doesn't work as the big one.

The disk format is Single Side, Single Density, FM encoding, 40 tracks, 10 sectors per track, 256 bytes per sector, recorded at 300 rpm and 125 kb/s data rate.

I'm attaching both images here in case anyone can convert it to a .DMK file.

I've tried TsrTools, but they are made to recognize CoCo filesystems and it doesn't convert disks that it doesn't understand...

You should be able to disable the auto-run by entering POKE398,57 before inserting the disk. This will allow you to use DIR/COPY/BACKUP etc.

can't remember where did I get this file from
I have found a file with that name: telewriter-delta.dmk
Have tested it in XRoar and I can see the contents via DIR.

That's exactly the same (identical CRC) as the archive copy.

In the end I can't remember who converted the sector image to .dmk (sorry!), but definitely the copy in the archive is the one I dumped.

By the way, I uploaded an OCR version of the book Using Floppy Disks With The Dragon Microcomputer for users with a Delta systems and no instructions.

robcfg, thanks for uploading the book. The introduction explains very well different floppy disks format and so on, of interest to more than those using Delta systems.
