Which OS are you trying to run XRoar under? Windows, MacOS X or Linux?
The linux setup is quite tricky...

Ok, I rechecked everything and the roms don't have to be in a Roms folder, they have to be in the same folder as the XRoar executable (at least under windows).
So, if you renamed the roms as I told you above, just move them out of the XRoar\Roms folder into the XRoar folder.
