CoCo Cartridges

Post by zephyr »

There are more that 100 cartridges available for the Tandy Color Computer, and all of the ROM dumps from them can be found on the internet. A lot of CoCo cartridges will work on the Dragon without any modification, but there are a few that are just not compatible. Attached below is one of the previously incompatible cartridges that I have modified to make it compatible with both CoCo and Dragon machines. The title is 'Clowns and Balloons' by Steve Bjork.

Now you can enjoy this classic CoCo game on your Dragon. 8-)

EDIT: Attached updated version.

* Added colour set selection menu.
* Included a 64K cassette version created by Cartridge Convert.
* Included a wave file for easy transfer to a real audio cassette.

If you have a good collection of these, I'm more than happy to create a new area in the downloads section to host them all..... Have you anything to send to me?

Here's another rather interesting cartridge based CoCo game. The title is DragonFire by Frank Ellis.

A 64K cassette version (.CAS and .WAV) created by Cartridge Convert v1.1 is included for easy transfer to a real audio cassette.
