dragon emulator on pda ?

does anyone know if there is a dragon emulator available for a WM5/6 pda ?

Not unless somebody has ported MESS to that platform or unless Sixxie has ported Xroar (which I doubt as he probably wouldn't trust his PDA to be running Windows of any flavour !

Heh, have I given that impression? Quite right, of course - I don't even have a PDA any more, but wouldn't have got a wince one.
But if anyone else has an SDK for it, the code should prove fairly easy to port, and if I can get it full speed on a DS, the sort of hardware needed to run a Windows environment should have no problem (there I go again...).
