It's been over four years since Vato last visited this forum but his survey page is still up and apparently still working. It would be a shame to abandon this survey as it could reveal all sorts of interesting information about the types of Dragon that were produced. However to be of any use the survey requires a greater number of entries than that currently listed, so may I be so bold as to ask anyone who has not added their Dragon(s) to the database to do so?

But... there are so many questions! :(

Only ever owned 1 machine (not counting a few earlier ones that were either D.O.A. or malfunctioned within days/weeks and promptly returned to Boots for a swap). It's a D32 that doesn't like the double speed POKE and has spent many happy years with the on/off button permanently wedged into the ON position using a paperclip but hasn't needed any other repairs. There are some photos here that show the serial number 253198 although they aren't sufficient to complete all the form fields.

Oh, bad

I fill out all fields and then this:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.

/surveys/dragon/thanks.asp, line 51
My form:

Tried the survey and got the same error message.
dB.

That's a pity, and without Vato I don't see how we can fix the problem. So it seems the survey is dead after all.

What's about to insert the information into a Table in the Wiki?

I have copy&paste the data from http://www.studio68.no/surveys/dragon/default.asp into a google spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing

Nice!

It's roughly the same approach I used for the software preservation list.

I'll be adding my equipment when I have some time.

100 posts and suddenly the topic is completely dead? Was that just a discussion?
Does nobody have a good idea, how to put that survey into the archive? :?:

Put https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... sp=sharing in the Wiki is a good idea.
On the other side: Editing a Wiki Table is not really easy. So it's more problematic for users to add his entry.
