This one is most likely to be "Lunar Rover Patrol" (Dragon Data).

While I don't have a working cassette deck there is very little hope of actually finding out on either count. I do remember having Lunar Rover Patrol but it was as original while this particular one is just a backup - hence why I have no idea what it is exactly. Then again I'm missing another box of tapes so the original might still turn up...
